To kick off our relationship with the world’s #1 automaker, we took a road trip from NYC to Detroit in a 2012 Chevy Sonic. Could a bunch of city slickers make the trip to The Motor City all in one piece? See below and find out. Such egomaniacs, listening to ourselves via the iPod Dock. (Even though the car also comes with SiriusXM.)

The Sonic is fully-equipped with the OnStar system, and a lovely woman led us directly to the nearest McDonald’s (more than once.)

By the time we hit Cleveland the snow was coming down pretty hard, but the Sonic was a smooth ride…

They cleaned us up pretty well for the North American International Auto Show.  (Shown here with our trusty Chevy Sonic!)

At the end of a fantastic trip, we broadcast our SiriusXM show live via the OnStar studio…
